The TDS3000B series digital fluorescence oscilloscope is an updated version of the extremely popular TDS3000 series oscilloscope, which has added many new features and functions. It includes all the excellent features of TDS3000 and improves the speed and connectivity of the oscilloscope.

The TDS3000B series provides all the advantages of Tektronix digital fluorescence technology and DPXTM in an economical testing equipment.
